Ticket terms

1Who you are buying from

Tickets are sold by First Experts Sdn Bhd. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and SST at 8% is added at checkout.

2What a ticket includes

• Summit Delegate — full access to the summit on the Monday.
• Executive Delegate — the summit, plus priority registration, VIP seating, the executive lounge, the speaker meet-and-greet and the Innovation Leaders Dinner.
• Student pass — the summit. Bring proof of enrolment on the day.
• University block — ten, twenty-five or fifty student places.
• Innovation Leaders Dinner — one seat, or a table of ten.

Meals during the summit are included. Travel and accommodation are not. Early-bird prices apply until 30 September 2026.

3Paying

By card, FPX or e-wallet through our payment provider, or by invoice if your company needs one. An invoice is raised within one working day and your place is held for fourteen days while it is paid; after that we may release it. We never see or store your card details.

HRD Corp. Malaysian employers can usually claim this back, and we provide the programme, the invoice and an attendance certificate. We cannot guarantee a claim is approved — that is between your employer and HRD Corp, and a refused claim is not a reason for a refund.

4Changing your mind

• Until 30 September — full refund, no reason needed.
• 1 to 31 October — half the price back.
• From 1 November — no refund.
• A name change is free at any time until 14 November. Send a colleague instead.

The thinking behind those dates: generous while we can still fill the seat, firm once catering and badges are committed, and a free transfer throughout so a company that has paid never loses the value. Refunds go back the way they came, within fourteen days.

University blocks: names are due four weeks before the event. Unnamed places are still charged — the catering has been bought.

5If you do not turn up

No refund, and no transfer to next year. A ticket is for this event.

6If we change or cancel

• We cancel — everything you paid comes back, in full.
• We move the date — your ticket moves with it, or you take a full refund.
• We change the venue within Kuala Lumpur, or the programme or the speakers — the ticket stands. Programmes change and speakers fall ill.
• Something outside anybody's control — a public health order, a natural disaster, a government restriction — we refund what we have not already committed and spent, and we will show you that figure honestly.

In every one of those cases, we are not responsible for your travel or accommodation.

7On the day

Bring the QR code from your own page, or the six characters printed underneath it. Students bring proof of enrolment. Badges are personal: passing one to somebody else means both of you are asked to leave, without a refund.

8What we are responsible for

Our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for your ticket. We are not responsible for indirect losses — a meeting you missed, an opportunity that went elsewhere, travel you cannot recover.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9Your information

Handled as the privacy notice describes. Invoices and payment records are kept for seven years because Malaysian tax law requires it, even if you ask us to delete everything else.

10Law

Governed by the laws of Malaysia; the courts of Malaysia deal with any dispute.
